Terrible and Dishonest. I brought my truck in with a small hole in the tire. They couldn't find the hole and charged me for a new valve. I picked it up and the tire was still flat. I waited another hour and they told me I needed a new wheel?!?! Truck only had 35k miles on it and that is an incredibly expensive replacement. I took it elsewhere and they plugged the hole. No issues thereafter. I will never go back!
They've always been straight with me. No BS on the invoice, everybody I dealt with in the service department was helpful, fixed the idling problem I had that 4 other mechanics were trying to explain away and convince me was normal. I've been against dealerships most of my life but Alan here got my business.
