Franky and his crew are awesome! My daughter gave him the make and model she hoped to purchase and he brought a few options for her to choose from. His detail specialist had the cars cleaned and lined up ready for her selection. The sales experience was quick and easy. We are very happy with L & M Auto Sales, their service and love the car we bought from them.

So far i feel really let down. My wife and i bought a Subaru Forester which seemed to be, and was told was, in great shape with no problems. We traded in our vehicle and drove away with a deal that only made sense assuming the car was what we were told but when we got it home to our mechanic, we found it had a leaking head gasket, a dead alternator, and other work totaling around $2000!!! Needless to say this deal is no longer good at all and cost us money we cannot afford and do not have. It will take us months to pay back ... read more

I bought a car from them many years ago. It was my first car and I was young so I didn't know much. But what I do know is that from the beginning, I had to take it back a few times for them to fix something. The radio didn't work, the sunroof, one of the tires kept losing air. Now I know that in used car dealerships you obviously have problems since they're older or used. But it had problems after problems, and they didn't even want to give me the car fax. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice. Unfortunately I cannot give them 5 stars because I did encounter issues with receiving my registration. I purchased my vehicle on October 9, 2020 and by the end of December had not received my registration and new tags. Understandable - I know the DMV is swamped 24/7 and now especially so because of the pandemic.
