This place is horrible they've had several broken washing machines for years and refuse to fix them. They now have even more broken washing machines which I'm sure will go unfixed. The owners are rude and quick to yell at you if you try to use "the wrong washing machine" to wash your clothes.
It's convenient sometimes because I work nearby and the main attendant is cool but the dryers totally suck.
Clean. Machines are kept up well. Door is always unlocked at 7am. Sue the main attendant always arrives between 9:30 and 10. Sue is the best!!
Bad experience today the coin machine was broken took my money … there was no one to help..this other lady got her money took and when the owners got there they had a bad attitude about giving my money back. Thank god I had took a picture of the credit on the machine. Be alert on the coin machine. Also will not be goin back because unshelthered people were drying their dirty clothes. I couldn’t even dry my clothes.
