What a disappointment working with Mike at L&M Flooring and Repair Llc turned out to be. TLDR; Mike ghosted my wife and I for another project which we referred him to, and stuck us with picking up and handling a $900 bill at Floor & Decor. Mike / L&M Flooring and Repair Llc was referred to us by our realtor, who works for a prominent Jacksonville real-estate company (who I might add, is no longer using L&M as a contractor for referral based on these events). Did superb work years ago, now he has promised to do another job for us & ignored telephone calls, finally claim he can't hear me on the phone, I called back and the telephone was turned off. We're very disappointed, since his work is superb. Suppose our current need is not enough $$'s for him. Oh well. Best of luck to you
