Jim was informative and professional. The specs for my job were unusual, but he answered all my questions and worked with a great team to directional drill sewer and water lines under my home with minimal mess and disruption. Everyone working in and around my home was careful, respectful, and considerate. I’m so relieved it’s done!!
They have no consideration for someones parking stall . This is now twice they have parked in my stall that I pay for . This is very unprofessional !! I drive a commercial vehicle and if I park in someone else's spot I get in trouble and I have to pay the ticket involved
Damaged the main water line when doing repairs to a fire hydrant, twice! Stay clear of this company.
Been working on replacement of water hydrant for a week. Broke the water main to the whole complex. Sporadic water service all week. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Checking in on Monday with BBB.
Showed up for Fire Hydrant work, severed a water line. 👌👌
