Lou and Marty did a fantastic job for me. They replaced a bathroom light fixture that had excessive water damage from the resident in the unit above me. Lou even removed a cabinet door hinge that the screw had been stripped. Reasonably priced. Will have them do my next project.
These clowns have been "siding" my building for 3 weeks now. They have everything torn off, a pile of new siding and 3 trailers clogging up the lot, the owner left a 14 year old and 18 year old on site to do the work...then took off for a weeks vacation while nothing got done. Meanwhile we have a building with 2 of 3 sides done (thank God it's got a brick facia or they would be here until Halloween), and nothing has been done to the 3rd side.
