Very displeased with this company. I used this business to file my taxes on the recommendation of a friend. I had no idea that anything was amiss until I started getting letters that my taxes had not been filed. When I questioned Katie about it, she assured me (argued with me) that it had been filed in a timely manner. I requested electronic receipts of the filings, she finally admitted that she had not filed 2021, and filed an extension for 2022. In past years, I have appreciated Mike doing my taxes, in person. Covid 19 changed that. However, this year was differernt. March 5th, I turned over my paper work. Having called twice, it was explained to me why my tax preparation was not ready. Surely, it would be ready in 5 weeks, so I went into the waiting room, only to be told it was not.
