5 Star : My Experience Responsive, timely, friendly, accommodating. Chocolates in office! Car was clean! Discount for cash! Shiny new bumper with matching paint. Scrapes on headlight cover removed. Debts sucked out of side of car? Looks less obvious but I might be imagining it. Wheels moldings nicely mounted they were knocked out from previous mishap.

5 Star : My Experience Only thing was the paint dibs and a small paint run that will be taken car of when vehicle is taken in for mylar film installation after paint has cured. But overall very happy with process explanation and work complete.
5 Star : My Experience The only suggestion I have is better communication. I understand that the part being delayed wasn’t their fault but a heads up that a 3-4 day repair took almost 10 would’ve been nice.
5 Star : My Experience I really appreciated the care and service provided at L-M autobody shop. Lorri was fantastic- I was paying out of pocket for any repairs so I truly appreciated her going over number of different repair options with me. Her estimate was significantly lower than area competition. The repairs have my truck looking as good as new and I would definitely recommend L-M to anybody looking for collision repair.
