L&M actually fixes my car. Have tried other mechanics and this is not always the case. If I take it to L&M, I have the confidence it will be fixed expertly AND honestly. The "honest" part is also very important to me. They answer all my questions patiently and I leave knowing exactly what was done to my car and why. They perform thorough inspections and recommend needed services, but without high pressure to perform these additional services. L&M has been servicing our vehicles for 5+ years. Our first time going to L&M we were incredibly surprised by their friendliness and the honesty they displayed. We had a major issue with one of our vehicles overheating. L&M correctly identified the problem, even when the dealership denied the issue. L&M provided diagnostic information and even a written statement explaining the issue they had discovered with the vehicle. My vehicle registration notice arrived Friday in the mail and I needed a smog check. Called L&M and Colin got me initiated afternoon at 2:30. Done in 20 minutes. Great service and only $53.
I came here for a routine smog check, and was in and out within 15 minutes (also the pricing was the best in the area). The waiting room was pleasant, and has wifi and magazines to help pass the time if you're getting a longer service done. What really set L&M Automotive apart is that I was greeted by the owner, who was very warm and welcoming (even offering coffee to start the day). 10/10 🌟 for value, quality of service, and customer service. I'll definitely be back for all my auto servicing needs!
