I had an awful experience. I called in at 10AM a day before coming in and requesting a quote. I received a quote for $260 for front and back rotor change. When I went early in the morning (just opened), they were saying a front and back change would be $360. I told them I talked to someone over the phone and they said it might be their boss. I told them may I talk to the boss, they said you gotta wait for him. The worst part is one of guys who works there said I have my own shop, if you come back in 2 hrs I can do that price... read more
