She is friendly, quick to respond, and honest in communication. Nedra significantly improves the living experience in this building and is a pleasure to have around. When my boyfriend and I were first moving in we didn't know what to expect because the reviews about the management from the last few years were extremely poor. We had a great experience when Ross gave us our showing and decided to see how the new management would be. Although there were some hiccups our first few weeks living here with the old management, our experience completely changed with the new management team.
