Calling the main phone for a security issue and they keep sending me to voicemail what a joke
Sometimes you get sick and tired of being sick and tired, that years later and embarrassing to say, that you have to say something in a review. I don't like being talked about 3 years later. I work diligently and I've had a different location and new certifications. Sometimes people will make judgmental errors, I did!, in the past. Scott Byron, Security guard at Sunbird condominiums PCB helped my family and I gain access to our condo after accidentally locking ourselves out with our phones locked inside. He allowed us to use his personal phone to contact the landlord and offered my 6 y/o daughter and wife a refreshment to keep them calm as it was late and super hot all while continuing to do his job.
