Absolutely terrible experience. I agreed on a price with this dealership and was under the impression the vehicle was mine. After discussing the deal and reaching an agreement, they sold the vehicle out from under me without even giving me the courtesy of a phone call or opportunity to complete the purchase. Their word clearly means nothing. If they tell you a vehicle is yours or that a deal is agreed upon, don’t trust it until you have the keys in your hand.
