Tried to rent a uhaul here. Made reservations days ahead. The truck had the all the window seal on the passenger window falling out of the truck. Literally. It was not attached except by the corner of the window. No one was there and we had to call and basically got no help. Had to go elsewhere to find a truck. So shame on U haul and shame on this U haul dealer. You made what was supposed to be an easy rental pick up and delayed the entire day.
Your reservation means nothing. The office is filthy, the clerk is filthy, and they didn't have the trailer I had reserved.
The only location around town that I use or recommend to friends. No matter what you need from U-Haul, John will take care of you at L&L Used Auto Sales!
