We're 100% Disabled Veterans and retired military. We purchased a 2019 Ford Escape from R and L Sales of Corsicana (Brandi Brim and her son). They were extremely helpful and professional. The car ran awesome and was great on fuel economy. We think that the negative reviews here are from customers that refused to make their payments on time. Stupid sales people sold a car i wanted. I came back the next day. Oh and top of that, if you leave an hour away they your lease ends and repoed. Wth?!
The owner is very disrespectful. The ladies there are wonderful but the owner talks to you any kind of way. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. You paying on a car and he telling you where you can go in it still never understand why you more concerned on that than payments. He will take your car if you drive where they say you can't drive out of town. Worst car lot ever been to just because the owner. If I could do 0 star with the way he do business I would.!
If you live in another town they will not work with you don’t waste time driving a long way!!! Got kids working behind the counter…very unprofessional
Was grateful initially that they were able to get me into a vehicle. Then it stopped working after a month, they put me in another vehicle and the engine blew out within a couple months. They fixed the first one and sold it back to me under the initial paperwork and it was in and out of the shop more than it was used. Now, it sadly got totaled and they will no longer work with me. Also I should’ve known better than to deal with them. Brandi seemed to be the only one looking to help me and she’s not there anymore.
