Called for repair on my pool heater and initial response was great! They came out and determined problem(?) said they would order part, next called and set up appointment to come out. After two hours after appointment time I called and was told they were held on a job and would be out in the next two hours…never showed! Have called numerous times and left messages, it has been a week and a half and still no response! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Shows up every day at 930a and doesn't leave until dark working on rebuilding the pool at our complex. No rush and one guy making the job efficient and making sure it's solid. We've had a lot of people work on this pool and this is the first time I've felt confident in the results.
