I would definitely give them the 5 stars if it wasn't because the FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE . I have been taking my daughter to Dr. Lugo for 5 years and she is a very good doctor. but the front desk doesn't want to or doesn't know how to do her job. She called me several times to charge me a super high copay, according to her I had to pay for the consultation 100% as if I didn't have insurance and I told her several times that my insurance only paid $15 copay and that I had called the insurance myself to confirm.
