Asked for an oil change with the oil and filter I brought. Oil I brought was not used but was not given a heads up about it and thus charged for them putting their oil. Also charged for the filter they used when the one I brought was the exact same brand. Went to drain their oil and just eat the cost but they over tightened the drain plug and caused a leak. Asked them to check my other fluids but the transmission dipstick and transfer case plug were never touched. Lastly the o ring from the dipstick went missing not sure how... read more

Had a recall on my truck and called them up and they got the part ordered and said they would call me when it was here to get an appointment to get it done. Well the part came in and they called me and got an appointment set. I brought it over and they were quick and efficient and all in all just awesome experience. 👌
The L & L team did a great job, I sent my wife with my vehicle to get it serviced. I should have been more specific to my wife about the service, the L & L crew got our vehicle right in and changed the oil but the reason I was getting it serviced was the fuel filter life was @ 10% and the fuel filter did not get changed. I just wished the tech would check for remaining life since it’s already in for service. Able to get my truck in quickly. Greeted and treated respectfully when I arrived. Service was prompt. Asked if all requirements were met and if there were any other concerns.
