I went to l&l to get a quote to repair a dent on my tail gate. The techs told me it couldn't be repaired and a new shell would be required. They sent me a quote of almost 3000 dollars. I then got a quote from Hirschi's for 300 dollars. Hirsch's repaired the damage quickly and easily without replacing the shell. I wouldn't recommend l&l for repairs because it appears they prefer to find the most expensive way to fix something.
Unlike many auto repair shops, L&L fixes only what’s necessary. I was asked if I would rather they clean my air filter or replace it. Also they recommend replacing my brakes some time in the future - either at the next oil change or the next. Some shops will recommend extensive work that is unnecessary. Not so with L&L.
Received awesome service. Was in from out of state and broke down. Needed help to get back on the road to get home and Brad in service made it happen with one hour left before close. All sales people were nice and showed us some trucks while we waited. Would definitely do business with these guys.
Great place to buy a vehicle! Nice local people who are always there to support their customers and their community. When it comes to vehicles you want a reliable long term relationship and L & L is the right place for that.
We have used L&L before but this time around I wasn't impressed and rather frustrated. I used their pick up service so I didn't have to drag kids there to get a recalled fixed. Our car ended up staying there over night and the next morning didn't get back to us until we were late to the drop offs we needed. It'a a great service they off but if you have plans it is not reliable. As for the service it's self I was grateful to have it completed!
