Easiest, quickest oil change we have had. Super friendly customer service, and made what is normally a headache in vernal into a breeze! We will now only go to L & L in Roosevelt for our vehicle services, it’s worth the drive.
I went to l&l to get a quote to repair a dent on my tail gate. The techs told me it couldn't be repaired and a new shell would be required. They sent me a quote of almost 3000 dollars. I then got a quote from Hirschi's for 300 dollars. Hirsch's repaired the damage quickly and easily without replacing the shell. I wouldn't recommend l&l for repairs because it appears they prefer to find the most expensive way to fix something.
I went to L& L Motor to get warranty work done on my Dodge Ram 3500. It was a software download and they said it would take 20 minutes. Well it took an hour....but okay. I headed home and when I was about 5 miles outside Roosevelt driving 70 MPH, I notice my hood was moving. I immediately put on my brakes and pulled over. I got out of my truck to find thst my hood had not been latchef. Had I not been paying attention, and had kept driving af the speed limit, the hood could have come up causing an accident. From start to finish, the service team and the ladies up front were helpful and courteous. I was informed and updated on my repairs being done. It was a good experience, where often it isn’t when needing repairs. Thank you!
