Excellent car buying experience. Rory was amazing as a salesman. Very helpful walk me through everything. There were a lot of features I wasn't aware of or don't know how to run yet and he was very patient and helpful. He help me load on the trailer, filled it up with gas. The service crew had checked it over made a couple small fixes and it was very clean. Finance and paperwork was quick and easy. Asked for an oil change with the oil and filter I brought. Oil I brought was not used but was not given a heads up about it and thus charged for them putting their oil. Also charged for the filter they used when the one I brought was the exact same brand. Went to drain their oil and just eat the cost but they over tightened the drain plug and caused a leak. Asked them to check my other fluids but the transmission dipstick and transfer case plug were never touched. Lastly the o ring from the dipstick went missing not sure how... read more

The L & L team did a great job, I sent my wife with my vehicle to get it serviced. I should have been more specific to my wife about the service, the L & L crew got our vehicle right in and changed the oil but the reason I was getting it serviced was the fuel filter life was @ 10% and the fuel filter did not get changed. I just wished the tech would check for remaining life since it’s already in for service.
