Excellent car buying experience. Rory was amazing as a salesman. Very helpful walk me through everything. There were a lot of features I wasn't aware of or don't know how to run yet and he was very patient and helpful. He help me load on the trailer, filled it up with gas. The service crew had checked it over made a couple small fixes and it was very clean. Finance and paperwork was quick and easy. Asked for an oil change with the oil and filter I brought. Oil I brought was not used but was not given a heads up about it and thus charged for them putting their oil. Also charged for the filter they used when the one I brought was the exact same brand. Went to drain their oil and just eat the cost but they over tightened the drain plug and caused a leak. Asked them to check my other fluids but the transmission dipstick and transfer case plug were never touched. Lastly the o ring from the dipstick went missing not sure how... read more
Becky was great to work with on getting an injector replaced for our mutual customer. Great customer service and the repair was done quickly so the customer could get back on the road. Thanks L&L Motor Co. for helping out.
Took the vehicle in with several issues , and they were all eventually addressed. After picking it up, the check engine light was on, and I returned to have it checked out. They got right on it and addressed that issue as well. The price was higher than I would have liked, which is usually the case, and repairs took longer than expected. Had a recall on my truck and called them up and they got the part ordered and said they would call me when it was here to get an appointment to get it done. Well the part came in and they called me and got an appointment set. I brought it over and they were quick and efficient and all in all just awesome experience. 👌
