David and Nick were great and did a great job in replacing the harder to reach of my two hot water heaters, plus getting the plumbing to code. The problem was the front office. When I first called, they left me the impression that the work would be completed on Monday (the day I called). So they sent David. Although David was great, he was not a water heater expert and needed to call in reinforcements for the next day (Nick). I was at first misquoted because David was not qualified to assess the work that needed to be done (... read more
