Jordan and team were phenomenal to work with. We actually sat on the decision to repair the upstairs AC for a few weeks and there was never any pressure or 'price is only good for' from them. He was honest from day 1, fairly priced and got us in for service in just a few days. Their financing was also super simple and easy to work with. I've recommended L&L to our entire cul-de-sac.
Amazing!!! Customer service top notch, willing to accommodate my work schedule was so helpful, and stress free experience. Very thorough explanation about maintenance and additional coolant needed (due to my delay in in service of an older unit). HIGHLY recommend for both Heating and AC.
They arrived early and were very friendly and professional. Nick & Dave got right to work installing the new thermostat. As i was completing my part of the setup, Dave went to the basement to start on the furnace maintenance. Nick assisted me with the technology part of the setup. They were done within an hour. I had a fantastic experience with this company. Heather at the office was incredibly helpful in coordinating roof access with my HOA. The technician, Anthony was exactly what you hope for in an HVAC professional: honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did a full maintenance check on my AC, explained everything clearly, and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. It’s hard to find an honest HVAC company you can trust, but I definitely found one here. Highly recommend!
I have used L&L for years at both of my homes and am incredibly happy with their work every time! They are always there when I need them and they work efficiently to complete their work and get the hvac back up and running.
