I received excellent service from start to end while helping my mother get a new air conditioning unit. Everyone was very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure it was a smooth process for her today. They stood by the price we received on the estimate with no last minute additional charges and she was very happy and satisfied. I am so grateful for the great service provided by L&L. The scheduling team was professional and did a great job of communicating. Blake, the service technician was exceptional. He gave me a detailed explanation of what was wrong with the unit and was able to get it back up and running quickly, all during a heat wave when they were experiencing high volume workload.

Jordan and team were phenomenal to work with. We actually sat on the decision to repair the upstairs AC for a few weeks and there was never any pressure or 'price is only good for' from them. He was honest from day 1, fairly priced and got us in for service in just a few days. Their financing was also super simple and easy to work with. I've recommended L&L to our entire cul-de-sac.
