The guy who came out to check our air conditioner which was in warranty said he would send a summery of his finds. He only sent us notice that our ac and furnace was too big for our house. There was nothing about why it is not working correctly or what we should do. We also paie $129 which i was told would be refunded. We can not buy a new ac or furnace
