If I could give a less-than-one-star review, I would. I asked him to fix a chainsaw a while back. Three weeks later, I went to pick it up after hearing nothing from the owner. My chainsaw was under two other pieces of equipment. "I've fixed it, but let me check to see if everything is okay. Pick it up tomorrow." Riiiight. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I brought him a riding mower to repair. Checked on it's status every couple of months. Drove by periodically and the mower was never moved. Not much on cosmetics but Harold is solid. Nothing he can't fix or improve. Always good to see him, even if I don't need anything at the moment.
