Our house was built in 1984 and the last shingles were put on in 2008, 17 yrs ago. I obtained 3 quotes from roofing firms & Lee Blau, LL Contractors LLC was not the lowest but used superior materials and appeared to be the best. Our roof had damage from a recent hailstorm and we filed a claim with our insurance. The claim was denied due to the age of the shingles so we then went through the Appraisal Process with appraisers. Just had our house reroofed, skylights removed with sheetrock repair / painting, and new gutters installed. The crew did a great job. Everything looked fresh and clean when the job was completed.
