The biggest problem with most contractors around Livingston is that they don’t show up and even when they do, you never know what you’re going to get. Lee, on the other hand, came to our house when he said he would, took measurements and even identified multiple instances of storm damage. He advised us on how to navigate the claims process and even provided required documentation (pictures, statements, etc). Six months and multiple headaches later, we lost the fight with insurance.
