I had used another service center for years, but after a bad experience, a friend told me that I really should be going to L&L. Best move I could have made! My car and have been well treated here. Repairs are made within the time I've been promised, and I've been kept informed about any findings. The pricing is certainly fair, and you can't find a friendlier, more caring staff. Whenever I hear anyone complaining about the service they're getting elsewhere, I tell them, "You really should be going to L&L"!
This is in response to Mark's review for repairs suggested for his vehicle. I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed about the cost of repairs on your vehicle. As we all know repairs can be overwhelming and never come at a good time. When the vehicle (1989 MERCEDES) was dropped off to us, we were asked to check the suspension and some additional repairs. Took my car in for some muffler work. The guy in the back who had been there forever, took good care of us. Went out of his way to help me out and saved me a ton of money. Was out of town and wanted to spend a little dough on some needed repairs like window and trunk were broke. They gave her a $4000 estimate for a rear side mount and didn't even look at the issues she brought the car in for. A Mechanic u can trust! – What a rare find! They do great work and they're honest. No one likes car repair bills, but its nice to know that someone is out there that still believes in doing a job right and doing it at a fair price. No gouging, no misdiagnosis, no BS. L and L Mufflers – Best auto repair in Dripping Springs. We have been here about 10 years and have used several shops around town and down 290. Always helpful and very knowledgeable service. They have done a great job with working with our needs and letting us know costs and time needed to complete repairs. Great communication.
Awesome as Always – Always friendly and they know who the customer is. You never leave questioning if you have been taken as with other repair shops. No need for me to use anyone else.
Honest – This repair shop is a no-brainer. It would be foolish to not use them.
Trustworthy! – What else can I say that isn't said in the Headline? How often can you say that you can trust a car repair place to be straight and fair with your car? I've been a customer at L&L for some 5 years, and am now at the point where I don't even ask for an estimate for a job. I know that it will be done efficiently and that the charges will be fair.
