EDIT based on owner response: Just because a customer leaves a review about their poor experience doesn't mean that you should just assume they are lying and made the entire thing up to give your business a bad reputation instead of accepting their experience. It is quite unprofessional to assume someone made up coming into your shop and wrote at length with great detail their experience.This shows how you handle customer service which has just further disappointed me.
