If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would select it. The service I received was completely unprofessional. I booked a full-body waxing service; however, the technician began with my underarms and arms and used a cloth rag instead of a proper waxing strip. The manner in which the cloth was pulled caused significant bruising to my arm, as shown in the attached photograph. Not recommended for waxing.
