Lacking in cleanliness and bad customer service. Not a proper mani pedi experience.
Horrible rushed bad pedicure
The manicurist and maybe owner rushed the pedicure and did a shoddy job, barely 20 min. No cuticle oil, way too much nail polish remover and very rough a around the cuticles, causing it to burn. Barely massaged or scrubbed my feet but asked for add on callus removal. Then accused me of having an ingrown, which I don't. NEVER RETURNING. They also charge you for the flip flops they put!!
This is the worst nail salon I've been to. The staff spends most of the time gossiping about clients and making fun of them. I even heard them laughing and commenting that a client's nails were "so small," which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The pricing is also ridiculous. The bill adds up quickly even for the most basic services, and there always seem to be extra charges for things like lotion or scraping off dead skin that aren't clearly explained beforehand.
