This is the worst nail salon I've been to. The staff spends most of the time gossiping about clients and making fun of them. I even heard them laughing and commenting that a client's nails were "so small," which was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. The pricing is also ridiculous. The bill adds up quickly even for the most basic services, and there always seem to be extra charges for things like lotion or scraping off dead skin that aren't clearly explained beforehand. I visited this nail salon based on a friend’s recommendation, and overall, I’m glad I gave it a try. Ella did my nails, and she has very light hands and clearly knows what she’s doing. The service was clean and comfortable While the result wasn’t absolutely perfect, it was still neat and well done. The only downside I noticed is that some parts of the polish started to come off sooner than expected. I’m not sure if it’s due to the nail application or the quality of the polish they used. This was my first time here. She did a pretty good job on my nails but I feel like she rushed. The one thing I will say that I absolutely didn't like was the fact that tech and every one of my nails was stuck to my skin. She didn't bother cleaning under my nails or around my fingers, I have glue all I er them. When she was filing them she cut me and made me bleed...
