I do like this place . My first visit was great the technician listened to what I wanted and she took her time. My SECOND visit however.. the technician rushed. She cut my natural nail when I requested that she did not bc I've been growing them out for a while and they grow slow so I was mainly upset about it but the damage was done bc she was rushing and not hearing me. she did not give me the color I wanted. I had to walk out and leave because I was never taken care of, I made an appointment for 415pm waited for 30 minutes while other people came in after me and were tended to first! The absolute worst! What is the point of making an appointment!!!!
