My daughter was a walk in this morning. She has been suffering from alopecia arreata and has lost over 50% of her hair. All the staff at the shop were incredibly kind and compassionate with her hair cut when she asked them to shave the rest of her head. They made it a positive experience and followed up with a hot towel massage and helped her save a lock of hair. Their kindness made a really hard moment a positive one for her. Great barbershop, walked in before going to hit the slopes and got scheduled for the next day. All I needed was a photo of what I wanted and answer the questions Trish asked on preference. She was very nice and very respectful. Money well spent.
Would give zero starts if I could because I'm beyond frustrated at how blatantly I was just lied too. Went in to get my haircut by Alicia. They said she was no longer there so I asked where she was and explained I've been seeing her for 5 years. The lady got an attitude with me and said I can get my hair cut by her instead but she "Had no clue who I was even talking about" which is a BOLD lie becauss she was in that same chair doing nothing when I got my last haircut by Alicia.
