Great experience from start to finish! The service tech that came out was friendly and explained things well. This company will always be the first call we make when our equipment decides to give us a problem.
I would stay as far away from the company as possible. Slimy, sneaky and scammy isn’t even enough to describe them. Had a new sub pump installed. Within a year it failed. Called them to have them inspect it as it had a 3 year warranty. They said it was just dirty, cleaned it and charged me $180 to “diagnose”. A month later it failed again, this time they came out and said yes the pump is bad and needs to be warrantied where they then again tried to charge me for diagnosis and warranty labor.
