I'm the maintenance supervisor for a 250-unit apartment community in Westland. We've leaned on Rolls for a variety of different issues, mostly plumbing. We use them for our water heater installs. We've had apartments re-piped multiple times, due to defective and aging CPVC. Rolls did an amazing job it and I was impressed by how clean they left the drywall for repairs. Very pleasantly surprised calling on a Sunday after widespread flooding in our area to have an 8am call back the following Monday. Tom and his staff were polite, professional and walked us through our options after our 40 gal water heater died. Knowing we were without hot water they rearranged installation and financing for us and back to enjoying hot water Wednesday afternoon. Thanks to Zack and Carlos for a painless installation of our new On Demand water heater. Highly recommend!
