He was able to come in and immediately confirm an issue that our kitchen crew has been dealing with for 5 months at work without any change, despite multiple people looking at it, and with repeated doubts from our supervisor and other staff who weren’t the ones personally dealing with the issue. He was also able to repair that issue for us and made it look quite easy. He wasted no time helping us and getting the job done.
