August 2025 - I had a hot water pipe break with no way to get to it. Michael B. Was out in a timely fashion, updating me when he was on the way and when he arrived. It's nice to have a service tech keep you posted. Time is very valuable in an emergency. Thank you! June 2025 - I call regularly on Rolls for many projects at my place of business. I had a great experience recently with an electrical repair! From Kate, and the other customer service reps, to Allen the technician- everyone was friendly, helpful and had great communication.
Austin, the Technician who has done a lot of work for me at Godfrey Hotel Detroit, has done a tremendous job maintaining our HVAC repairs this year. Very knowledgeable, very attentive to the task, and is always looking to resolve the issue. Highly recommended.
We had Adam Hart come out to our facility he was great!!! On time! Fixed all our problems in a timely manner. Very professional we will be requesting him for all of our service call needs.
I just want to share our experience, first Josh was very informative and helped make purchasing air conditioner and furnace a positive experience.. Zach and Carlos were on time and worked all day in 90 degree heat to make us comfortable, they also made our experience a good one.when they finished for the day everything was explained to us and cleaned up like they were never here.We would recommend this company hands down and above all others
