I just recently moved from 77th place .. My experience there was horrific.. While paying 1400 The landlord doesn’t fix tenants issues.. my ceiling has been falling into my tub since November.. when it rain or snow I can’t even bathe. The mice and rats are ridiculous I’ve never seen so many mice before in my life.. The door and gate stay broken to the building .. My packages was stolen and they are MONEY hungry..
