He never showed up. His wife, who answers his business phone said she would ask Louis if he could come over and look at my toilet issue after working in Park City all day but if he didn't show up that evening, he would for certain show up the next morning and his wife said she would call me right back if he is unable to to swing by my house to see what's going on with my toilet. These folks were good to work with. The plumber told me the price before getting started. He worked the problem and kept at it even though the plumbing had been done incorrectly (by someone else). He tried several methods using different equipment and finally got through...whew! Thanks
Had a clogged filter and needed someone to check it out. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called on a Friday night. Louis was able to identify and fix the problem with no issues! Would recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues!
Louis of L&J charges fair prices and does good work...if and when he shows up. He has been a no-show 3 out of the 4 times I've scheduled an appointment, with no prior cancellation or even a phone call on the day of, leaving me to chase him down to find out what happened. They're always very polite and apologetic, and I'll give them credit for that. But after today's no-show (for which I stayed home from work), I will no longer be using or recommending L & J.
