While the team at L&J Plumbing are nice guys, their pricing is outrageous. I was quoted $380 for parts, yet the final bill hit $922.50 for just two hours of labor. When I asked for an itemized bill to understand the costs, they sent back a single line with the total price. This lack of transparency, combined with a previous water softener install that was slow and overpriced, makes it clear they aren't interested in honest business. Sad. Nice guy. Was here once. Competent in his knowledge. Had a second appointment with thim to co executor back in coordination with another tradesman. I called and text to confirm. Voicemail. He never called to cancel, change. No communication. Nothing. Louis was a nice guy, just not dependable. Won't use him again.
He never showed up. His wife, who answers his business phone said she would ask Louis if he could come over and look at my toilet issue after working in Park City all day but if he didn't show up that evening, he would for certain show up the next morning and his wife said she would call me right back if he is unable to to swing by my house to see what's going on with my toilet. Did great work, but tore up lawn and did not fix it. Thanks L&J
These folks were good to work with. The plumber told me the price before getting started. He worked the problem and kept at it even though the plumbing had been done incorrectly (by someone else). He tried several methods using different equipment and finally got through...whew! Thanks
