Best Real Estate firm in Terre Haute. I had a rental property in Terre Haute for over 10 years. Used three other property management companies in Terre Haute and they were all a nightmare. Once I started using L. J. Michaels it was a dream come true. They stayed on top of everything. Kept me informed and up to date with all aspects of my rental property. They have their own in house maintenance team that do amazing work. They have over a hundred rentals they either own or manage. I love their office staff, such a joy to work... read more
I love them as my landlord!
I currently rent through them now they are so helpful and nice. Anytime something has needed fixed or replaced they have always been on time of it everyone in there office is great too
They are horriable to rent from. Call them slumlord they don't want to fix anything that is wrong. When you call they will BS their way around things. I would not recommend them at all.
