CONSUMER BEWARE I had L & J Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. come to fix one of my HVAC Fujitsu Split units as it was not blowing cold air. I was advised the fee was $195 per hour. First hour was diagnosis. Julie asked if I wanted it fixed today and I replied okay. She advised parts have to be picked up in Farmingdale and that the clock was ticking. I thought she meant that we were tight on time to fix it that day but shockingly, they billed me another 3 hours for travel time to get the parts on top of the 2 hrs for diagnosin... read more
We had a problem with our central AC unit today. I called this morning and they came to fix my problem the same day. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed my issue. They are very honest and their prices are very fair. I would highly recommend using this company.
Lou and Julie and the A/C installation crew were fantastic from start to finish in keeping me informed of the complete process. Lou explained all in detail, Julie was a pleasure to speak with on the phone and in all made this a stress free event for me. Kudos to all. 10 STARS
