I have a bad experience with L &J heating and air conditioning inc. They installed my 2-3 tons Amana brand central ac,last year April 2025 both unit not gave the cold air and broke down 3 times on 4 months of 2025 when I call them they don't show up, not pick up the phone, after 2 days they telling me we are back up. Lou & Julie were great to work with, very professional, friendly & displayed excellent customer service. The HVAC installers were awesome. The job was well done, in one day, & the crew left everything clean after the job was complete. Would highly recommend L & J for your AC needs.
I had a new 5 Ton Condenser and Air Handler installed by L&J. From the start of the project to completion they were on top of my project. From filing the Permits with The TOH to completion. I called Lou and Julie to get a estimate, Lou was there the very next morning to take a look. He discussed the different types of AC Units and sent me an estimate on Sunday night. From the initial contact with Julie in setting up appointment for Lou to give estimate, to the installation, we just want to express our sincere thank you's. L&J have been our go-to HVAC company since we moved to the area. They installed our mini split heat pumps quickly and professionally, and were very quick to respond to questions. Then, when my boiler had an emergency issue on the coldest day of the year, L&J again quickly resolved the problem and were so knowledgeable and helpful.
