Wes came to fix my kid’s shower, and I couldn’t be happier with how it all went. The stop was broken, and when I called him, he was right down the street and swung by to check it out. He figured out what was needed, went to the warehouse the next day to get the part, and came back to install it. It was done lickety-split and super easy. I highly recommend working with Wes and LJ Butler Plumbing & Heating. Wes is very responsive and easy to work with. I've had two issues, one with my kitchen sink and another where Wes replaced a water heater in my home. Both times Wes was prompt and followed through impeccably. We highly recommend Wes from LJ Butler Plumbing & Heating, a good local plumber! We are selling our current property, and the buyer identified a couple of plumbing issues (replacing sprinkler back preventer, fastening loose toilet and diagnosis/correction of sink noise as well as a low volume faucet). Wes was very polite and patient on the phone.
