Leeland, Isaiah, and Daina have all been fantastic! The deck stairs issue was resolved quickly, accurately, and beautifully!! Leeland has completed several fix-its around my new home with care and great quality. The crew also replaced deck boards quite efficiently! Very pleased with their work and professionalism! So glad to have signed up for their home maintenance program, too. Thanks guys!!
George was very polite. The construction of the stairs initially looks nice, but I found some inconsistencies when I used them. The boards of the first step off of my deck needs tightening, as does the railing at the bottom of the stairs closest to the house. The rise of each step is inconsistent, not uniform. First step down is about 4”. Second step down is 6 15/16”. Third step down is 6 5/8”. Fourth and final step to ground level 7 3/4”. NOTE: please double check gate latches on fences. The Graybeard construction team did an awesome job with my sidewalk. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I've used them for other projects and they were always timely and consistent.
I needed to have work done in my bathroom. George did an amazing job. He removed wallpaper that was peeling and popcorn from the ceiling that was flaking off. I had to have part of some drywall repaired as well. He sanded and painted the walls. I also requested that he paint my vanity and linen closet. He did all of this.
