I received impeccable care in emergency department!
I saw a specialist Dr Kingwell for a spine injury. The whole process from the time I first met him to the surgery was very quick and quite beneficial. Although I am still recovering, I hope to have full recovery at some point. His bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. Before I was referred to him, I had heard his name mentioned by three different people in three different places, so when I was being assessed at the clinic at the Civic, I asked if I could be referred to him because of the wonderful things I had heard. I broke both wrists 8 months ago and was sent to the Civic. MOST INCREDIBLE STAFF / SURGEON EVER !!! I WAS BACK AT WORK 6 MONTHS LATER, HITTING THE GYM AFTER 7 MONTHS !!
I recently had a back operation and want to say how wonderful the team was looking after me. The evening and overnight shifts staff in recovery were amazing and could not do enough for me. Wail, the RN on duty, was top notch! Kudos to all!
