This emergency room is abhorrent the staff are rude and dismissive, not to mention no compassion for patients what's so ever. The waiting room is absolutely disgusting the hospital itself is extremely dirty. I went on with a gastrointestinal infection I was ready to pass out I was given fluids on a large IV stand and made to sit in the waiting room suffering when I was called up to urgent care it was to collect my health card that the triage nurse forgot to return to me, I had to drag this large IV stand to urgent care windo... read more
The Dermatology Department is a joke. The receptionist is really rude, they are barely open and at weird times, they don't let you leave voicemails?
Thank you, TOH/Ottawa Civic. I feel like my father is getting the care and attention he has needed for months. I won't mention other hospitals and facilities that overlooked his complex infection in favour of 'he's elderly and has a heart condition' treatment. Thank you for seeing the whole human and not being dismissive in your treatment of his needs. Thank you!
This hospital is my fave . I have my friends here , im treated like family , yall even know my psyph issues and can tolorate me . This is the best hospital ever . triage nurse chris is such a doll he puts up with me my best friends from high school at patiants here long term sometimes so i love coming here , this is my 2bd home as i have severe asthma
