Not a very professional receptionist! I stated we would not be interested in being a customer is they take your credit/debit card first, which could be a charged a few days before your ticket is picked for a delivery. She said,”Excuse me, do you have any idea how this works?” My reply. “I am ending this call now.” Business owner, those answering your phone are the first impression and represent your company. This was beyond poor customer service. I wish you had “this call may be recorded for training purposes.”
