We are very pleased with the job they did. Jess was our sales rep and patiently answered all our questions. He recommended a chimney re-do which turned out very well. We appreciated his experience and knowledge. No more woodpeckers will be attracted to it! Their workers from roof rip-off to leaf guards tolerated very hot weather without any issues. Money well spent so we will be secure for many years. Professional and we'd recommend their services.
We’ve had a couple smaller projects completed by LH Krueger and Son in the past and were pleased, so they were an easy choice for our most recent roof replacement. From the initial contact and meeting with Ryan, to the project coordination, execution and final inspection, they were very professional and accurate. We needed to have our downspouts rerouted after some remodeling. LH Krieger and son came out promptly with a reasonable quote and timeline. They arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked so quickly and quietly that I hardly knew they were here. When the work was done, they showed it to me and explain what they did. We made an appointment for an estimate. Ty came and assessed our gutters and found the reason they leaked. He explained the problem and gave us a quote. We liked how efficient the process was and we made an appointment for the repair. The repair was done and he noticed a few other small but potential issues he fixed. He worked efficiently and the price was exactly as he said. (Even though he went above and beyond.) Were very pleased.
Benet did a great job. He was able to work around the weather and being diverted to other jobs.
