Great products. Consistently high standards. I never have to guess if the quality of these products will meet my expectations. My dishes are a reflection of high standards because I use Camellia beans as much as I can.
I live in Southeastern Louisiana and my wife want allow anything but Camellia Beans in her kitchen. But they have become rather pricey as of the last year. If the price continues to rise I may have to convince her to use a lower quality bean or start planting our own.
I thoroughly enjoy preparing the recipes printed on the sacks of Camellia beans as the recipes are very easy to follow and the prepared dishes are delicious.
