Billed me for two hours when I was in and out in less than an hour. The two hour estimate for the hitch placement was based on OEM and when the worker saw the hitch, he said, “oh this will be much faster than OEM.” Then when I was given the bill, I raised this and he said “I told you two hours over the phone, though.“
I take my car here for anything they can help me with! They have free diagnosis and are very knowledgeable! Recommendations have been spot on and won't go anywhere else!
Cannot recommend this place enough. Friendliest staff in the world and knowledgeable. Went to have my starter replaced and they found it wasn't bad but there was a dead cell in the battery, came back to have a screw drilled out from my rotor and it took 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
L & H did a fabulous job on my Ranger pickup. It was done when they said it would be. My car was waiting for me and they cleaned it inside and out - nice surprise . They worked out all of the details with the insuance company and made it painless for me.
Great experience here from start to finish. Will be bringing our cars here for any future needed body work. Thank you!
