My roof looked good when installed 10yrs ago but within the first yr after, 2 tiles fell off. Owner Mike blamed the shingles and never addressed the issue. Shingles have been falling off ever since. Had my roof inspected and noted the nails being overdriven & this entire side in the pic has to be replaced.
