I have been going to this place for years and have been noticing it going downhill. My daughter gel x pop off all the time. Today I went in for a pedicure/manicure and had the worst experience. The new techs are not great. For my pedicure she did not clean any dead skin on the cuticle, but instead caused pain when I didn’t have any. She barely scrubbed the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and completely messed up the shape of my nail. I paid for the #4 pedicure so it should be top notch.
