I have been going to this place for years and have been noticing it going downhill. My daughter gel x pop off all the time. Today I went in for a pedicure/manicure and had the worst experience. The new techs are not great. For my pedicure she did not clean any dead skin on the cuticle, but instead caused pain when I didn’t have any. She barely scrubbed the dead skin off the bottom of my feet and completely messed up the shape of my nail. I paid for the #4 pedicure so it should be top notch. Megan did her thing! I am so happy with how my nails turned out after not having them for several months. Gel x nails is the way to go. Highly recommend this salon. I’ve done here for 6+ years now 🤎
Excellent professional and friendly service. Been coming here for the past 3 years. Would highly recommend. Very clean and reasonable. 😊
The owner scolded me for coming back with 3 chipped nails after less than a week. She refused to fix them, despite their 2 week policy. I’ve been coming here 10 years and supported them through the pandemic, a loyal customer should never be treated this way.
