Came in I needed a Proto 13/16 deep socket warranted had a crack in it and they said since it was old they would not warranty it because it was a older model. The last time I warranty something they gave me the equivalent that was over 5 years ago does not happen often I should not have to mail it in for a warranty since they are a proto dealer they are supposed to honor the Proto warranty. Big difference from all the years I came in here I used to only have good things to say about this store .

If you need good quality made hand tools this is the place. they sell huge line of Proto hand tools and a huge line of other brands as well. The staff are helpful and the store is clean and organized
