Christy is so friendly and Chris and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful!
Chris and his team are among the best mechanics in Rhode Island and they are open on Saturdays until 3pm to boot. I had to get a last minute brake job and A/C recharge and they squeezed me in to their Saturday schedule and finished the job early. And it was done to perfection too. Highly recommended in fact.
RecommendedI called first thing in the morning because my truck was over heating.I ended up needing a new radiator and thermostat .The price was the best around,the job was done well and fast.Met the owner Chris and the receptionist both were very nice.I highly recommend this place and I know I will be going back when I need any future repairs.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Why did I have to go back yesterday for my front brakes when I was there is October? The Porsche dealership said I needed front and back brakes. I took my car in as I always do to L’europa because they are honest and compotent as can be. Got my backs done in October and came back 7 months later for the fronts. Five star service for half the price, no brainer!
So nice to find a mechanic you can trust and provides great work/service!
I have had cars for over 20 years and L’Europa is truly the BEST mechanic around! I never feel like they are doing more than needs to be done, but I also feel like they make suggestions of repairs that are necessary. They always bend over backwards to get our vehicles in and out and their prices and honesty CAN NOT BE BEAT! I’m a so thankful we found you guys!!
What I love most about this place is their customer service. When I call they are extremely nice and accommodating...Kristy their receptionist is amazing...anytime I've gone to other mechanics they make it sound like you are inconveniencing them or bothering them when you want an update on your car. L'europa always calls and keeps me updated and gives me a price before they do anything which like I said you will not find better customer service than at L'europa. Their prices are the best I have seen around and are always off... read more
