Ana was very rude. She splashed water on my face when she washed my hair color. She did a terrible hair cut for me. She wanted to over charge me but I caught her. Very bad experience a I don't recommend her service to anyone.

Should have believed the bad reviews rather than the good ones. Anna is very rude. Walked in today to redeem groupon coupon, asked for the picture of the color my daughter wanted and right away said thats not what the coupon covers because it's a 2 process, so I asked how much would it be and then she changed her tone and said it's a 3 process lol I called her out and said why 3 when you just said its 2, then she became rude again. DO NOT GET A HAIRCUT HERE. I came in with very long hair and asked for a 1-inch trim & re-layering with face-framing pieces -- Anna DESTROYED my hair. She cut off between 4-6 inches all over my head and it's the choppiest, most uneven haircut I've ever gotten. I am going to another stylist to fix it, I regret letting her touch my hair.
