Dr. Duncan extracted a tooth that was broken beyond repair, and placed and implant. The procedure was over before I knew it, and I now have a nice smile again. The staff is wonderful, caring, and accommodating. Dr. Duncan took the time to explain every step and did not rush as he only sees one patient at a time
I have been a twice-yearly patient of Dr. Duncan's for over seven years and would never consider changing. Originally, several procedures had to be done to correct damage done to my gums. Dr. Duncan made sure I was comfortable, and was very sensitive to my stress level! Since then, the maintenance program has kept me trouble-free. Dr. Duncan is friendly, calm, and GENTLE. His staff is caring and supportive, and I have never once felt anything less than total confidence in Dr. Duncan's recommendations and treatments.
Dr. Duncan's office is by far one of the better dental offices I have ever been to. I was referred to Dr. Duncan by my general dentist for pocketing depths. I was told I needed Scaling and Planing. The front office girl was very kind in explaining the payment options for the procedure as well as asking if I would like to be premedicated.
