I believe I have Dr’s name correct if he works in Guelph Emerg. I sat for 5 hours for a diagnosis. I believe I received 1 minute of his time. Prescribed this straight brace which is absolutely worthless as it slides down. First thing he said “it’s okay; just use brace and use crutches. If it’s ok, explain why it hurts!!! Show us a bit of respect. Customer before me was in tears until he came out again and did something for her. It’s not about rushing the patients is a race. If you want respect, you have to show it.
