Scheduled an appointment for the Kaufman,Tx office.get to the office it's closed.Called and was told they had me scheduled for the N.Hampton Rd. Location.Wasted a Vacation Day for this.I strongly suggest that you find another Dr.that schedules correctly for the right location.
Dr. Hayes and his staff have been taking care of my feet for several years. I couldn't ask for a pleasanter experience. Everyone in his office is a true professional. When they are working on you you feel like a human being, not a number.
Horrible schedule problems!!! This office continually gives appointments and changes them without notifying patients. If that's not bad enough the guy setting the appts always blames the patient for misunderstanding. There is no confusion for me they do not care about patients and their patients time!
