I have used Mr. Goss for over 20 years and he is honest, reliable, and has always fixed any issues the same day. He installed a new system in our home over 23 years ago and it still works perfect. Only had a couple of small parts replaced due to wear. Anytime you have an emergency he will be there on time. Great customer service.
Continued to fix symptoms rather than issues themselves. Allowed our AC system to rot for years, resulting in black mold accumulating in our unit.
We have used LD Goss for over 20 years, in 4 different houses. He has always went above and beyond and gives excellent service.
Pros: -Came fast when I needed a diagnosis Cons: -Sporadic replies and eventually stopped replying -I asked for multiple quotes and Goss never got back to me -Charges $75 for diagnosis while other servicers offer free diagnosis and consultation . Wish I was disclosed this prior to having him come out
