Driving 475 N by Bolingbroke where 75 and 475 meet on Sunday, June 2nd, 2019 around 6:50 pm. Thousands and thousands of cars were stuck for about 30 min going through a one lane construction zone. What do we see when we get to the construction site? No one. Except for a single cop car with its lights on. You all couldn't be bothered to pick up some barrels right away after you were done? You messed up a lot peoples' Sunday for no reason.
