L&B Universal did an excellent job replacing our A/C unit, condenser, and furnace this summer with high quality, high end units at an affordable price. The technicians were professional, courteous, respectful of our property, and did a great job. Since we were so happy with their services, we referred L&B to others and L&B replaced HVAC units for two other properties this summer. L&B Universal did an outstanding job installing our new HVAC system. Even on an extremely cold day with many inquiries coming in, they made time to complete our installation very quickly. Their team was exceptionally kind, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. We were especially impressed by how promptly they responded, even late at night. We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend their service.

Because of its lack of honesty and accountability, I do not recommend L&B. I paid L&B to install a Bradford White hot water heater and Amtrol ST-5 expansion tank in 2021. I noticed a leak from the ST-5 a few weeks ago. Judging from the water stain on the floor, it had been leaking for a while. Contacted L&B & explained what happened, identified the tank model (ST-5), plus photos of the items. Mike from L&B stated that it only had a 1-yr warranty.
