Renters - Stay away from this service if it is st all possible. While the service managers were absolutely wonderful, the owner Larry is an absolutely unprofessional individual. Additionally, the contract they have set out is stacked against renters. They are not your friend. Renters absolutely avoid working with this company if you can.

This Property management company sucks they do a bad job Let roaches in , do not tell one's let people's rent go sky Do not take care of their properties.Also try to give me a three day notice And attach lake charges to it for those that don't know that is against the law Can not attach late charges to your rent plumbing service.Anything that is a separate bill
So far best experience dealing with a property management in Long Beach. Very helpful, communicative, and will try to help you as best they can.
Fake property management company. Collects rental application fees and then tells you that the only person who can rent the property is out with covid for 2 weeks and that nobody else can help you. Then somehow that place gets rented even though the person who can help you is out of the office and cannot take your call or ca ll you back or be available to you at all. You can't even get a copy of the report that you paid for or any kind of information about it whatsoever
